WHO:   According to David Rendleman, Distribution Supervisor in the St. Charles Water Division, the city will close the southbound lane on New Town Boulevard at Elm Point Industrial Drive to make necessary water line repairs.

WHAT &   . Northbound traffic on New Town Boulevard will be affected by a temporary stop
WHERE:      sign at New Town Blvd. and Elm Point Industrial Dr.  
                . Southbound traffic on New Town Blvd. must detour at Elm Point Industrial Dr. and 
                  continue to Mueller Rd. for further travel. 
                . Wesbound traffic on Elm Point Industrial Dr. will not be permitted to turn left at
                  New Town Blvd.  Access to New Town Blvd. will be from Mueller Rd.

WHEN:   Tuesday, May 19, 2009 -- work will commence
              Weather permitting, the project will continue until Friday, May 22, 2009.
