WHO:   St. Charles area residents and business owners are invited to attend a public auction hosted by the city of St. Charles.  This annual event is held for the express purpose of liquidating surplus city property.

WHAT:   All property must be removed from the premises the day of the auction.  Viewing of sale merchandise will be held from 10 a.m. to noon the day of the auction only.
 
WHERE &   St. Charles City Hall – 200 North Second Street (top level of the parking garage)
WHEN:       Sunday, October 24 – noon (event will conclude when the auctioneer runs through all available items; cars and trucks will be auctioned last).
