WHO:            Thanks to Anheuser-Busch and Krey Distributing, the world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales will visit St. Charles to signify the beginning of the summer event season. 

WHAT:          The Clydesdale team will begin at Trailhead Brewing Company, 921 South Riverside -- corner of Riverside Drive and South Main Street, at approximately 4 p.m. before heading north on South Main.  The crew will stop at each proprietor location currently serving AB products for photographs of the establishments.  The team will stop frequently for photo opportunities in an effort to interact with shop owners and passersby alike.  The event will continue throughout North Main and culminate at the Foundry Art Centre, 520 North Main Center, at approximately 5 p.m.

The afternoon and evening’s events will be orchestrated in connection with a special program Krey Distributing has developed with its retail partners on Main Street to benefit Back Stoppers. Krey Distributing’s retailer partners will sell Badges to their patrons in support of this organization.  Krey hopes to bring a large crowd to the area for this event, and looks forward to helping Back Stoppers raise funds in support of the families of fallen police officers, firefighters, and paramedics.

According to Steven Busch, Krey Distributing is very happy to host the Budweiser Clydesdales on Main Street in St. Charles.  “We look forward to a great family-friendly event, and are happy to be able to partner with our retailers to raise money in support of Back Stoppers,” he said.
