The Water Division of the St. Charles Department of Public Works will conduct an informational meeting to discuss proposed improvements to the Elm Point Water Treatment Plant.

The meeting will be staffed by members of the St. Charles Water Division and Department of Public Works. The meeting will begin with an open house, followed by a brief presentation at 6:15 p.m. and conclude with a question and answer period.

Due to limited space on-site parking is available only to individuals with physical disabilities or special needs. Please call (636) 949-3366 two business days before the meeting to make arrangements. All other meeting attendees are requested to park along the Water Plant Driveway and walk into the facility.

Registration:                 

Homeland Security mandates require all visitors to present Photo I.D. and register with Water Division personnel when entering the Elm Point Water Treatment Plant. If upon your arrival no one is present at the security gate please contact the water plant operator to register and receive directions to the Distribution Garage.
