If you have a Charter set-top converter box, tune to Channel 990.
If your cable line is connected directly to your TV/VCR, which has a digital cable/QAM tuner:
- Run the TV/VCR's auto channel function, select CABLE or DIGITAL. After completion of channel setting routine, note how many digital channels were tuned (if that information is displayed). Refer to your TV or VCR manuals for specific information on how to set the tuner on your device.
- Tune to Channel 118.
- Use the channel-up button (^) to find the City's Access Channel. It may appear as 118-20, 118.2, or 118.20 (if the next channel up is 119, you must obtain a Charter set-top converter box to view the City Channel on your current TV/VCR).
