► Low-Income Weatherization Program
The City of St. Charles Weatherization Program provides up to $5,000 in grants for weatherization improvements for low-income City residents, especially the physically disadvantaged, elderly, children and others hit hardest by the energy crisis. The program aims to lower utility bills and improve comfort while ensuring health and safety.
