The Collections Office, a division of the Finance Department, is responsible for:

• Accepting all types of City payments including:
  • Water bills
  • Permit and application fees
  • City business license fees
  • City liquor license fees
  • Tourism taxes
• Selling municipal parking garage passes

The City Collections Office cannot accept tax or court payments for the County. Personal property tax and real estate tax payments should be made at the St. Charles County Government Building located at 201 N. Second, directly across Second Street from City Hall. Payments to the County Courts should be made at the St. Charles County Courthouse building located at 300 N. Second, directly across Madison Street from City Hall.
