Design of a Maintenance Facility |
RFQ/RFP's are to be returned to the Public Works Office prior to 4:00 p.m., City time, Tuesday, February 28, 2012.

The City of St. Charles, Missouri is requesting qualifications and proposals from interested Architectural/Engineering (A/E) consultants for the design of a Maintenance Facility. Additional design activities include but are not limited to site improvements, storm water management facilities, and an access road. The design process will also explore the feasibility of relocating both Public Works Administration and the Engineering Division from City Hall to the Maintenance Facility
Interested consultants shall submit four (4) bound copies of the RFQ/RFP response, one (1) unbound, plus an electronic version of the RFQ/RFP, preferably PDF format, by no later than 4:00 p.m., CDT, on February 28, 2012. Submittals shall be clearly labeled and addressed as follows:
