Our Training Division is directed by Battalion Chief David Lewis.

The St. Charles Fire Department has adjusted its training program to meet the training needs of the industry.  Most training for the department has been moved in-house.  Select members are being sent to "Train the Trainer" courses so that they may come back and teach the rest of our members.  This method saves the department a tremendous amount of money each year.
