The purpose of the Beautification Commission is to:

• develop a master plan for the beautification of the City of St. Charles community
• review suggestions for projects  
• develop guidelines for funding projects or awarding grants 
• develop a plan and make recommendations to the City Council. 
• make goal-based recommendations regarding code enforcement, zoning, and public works projects  
• encourage private investment and volunteer involvement
• establish awards and recognition programs as appropriate to recognize achievement in the beautification of the City

Meetings
The Beautification Commission meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 5:00 PM
