The filing fee for an application to the Board of Adjustment is as follows:

• First Variance: $150.00
• Additional variance on same property: $50.00
• Variance for an existing duplex unit or single-family home: $50.00

Checks should be made payable to the City of St. Charles. 

Applicants are required to attend the public hearing at which their application is being considered.
