The purpose of the Public Facilities Advisory Board is to:

• engage in activities for the benefit of the City that are permissible for not-for-profit corporations
• issue revenue bonds on behalf of the City to facilitate the financing of Capital Improvements for the benefit, use or ownership of the City (the City Council must adopt an ordinance approving each specific issuance of obligations)

Meetings
The Public Facilities Advisory Board does not meet on a regular basis but only as needed.
