The purpose of the Strategic Plan Implementation Committee is to serve as an advisory committee to the Mayor and City Council. The group shall have the following purposes and objectives:
- assist the Mayor and City Council in strategic plan implementation
- promote relationships and encourage dialogue with all interested parties including staff, boards and commissions, and the public
- report as to the progress of plan implementation
Meetings
The Strategic Plan Implementation Committee meets on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in Conference Room A.
