The St. Charles City Council grant campaign is for interested non-profit organizations.  The purpose of the City Council Grants for the arts, civic, charitable and neighborhood groups is to enhance the quality of life in the St. Charles community, and to promote the public health, safety and general welfare of city residents.

Only not-for-profit organizations may apply for grant monies.  No money may be given to individuals for a grant application.  Click here to view the current grant application. Click here to view current grant guidelines.  Applications will also be available in the City Clerk's Office located on the fourth floor of St. Charles City Hall, 200 North Second Street.
