The Council meets in regular session on the first and third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. In addition, the Council meets for a work session at 7:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month in the Council Chambers.

The regular meetings and work sessions are broadcast over the City of St. Charles government access channel on Charter Cable.
