Hospital

SSM St. Joseph Health Center is located in downtown St. Charles and has been serving the needs of the community since 1885. SSM St. Joseph Health Center is the first recipient of the MissouriPRO Quality Award, a recipient of the 2005 Missouri Quality Award, and a recipient of a 2008 Premier Award for Quality (AFQ).

The St. Charles City-County Library District is one of the largest public library systems in the State. The District provides efficient and economic library services and offers a suitable collection in a variety of formats. The organization serves the residents and taxpayers of St. Charles County.
