The City of St. Charles hosts an annual Surplus Auction for the sale of surplus equipment and materials. The auction is usually held in late October on the top level of the Municipal Parking Garage next to City Hall.

The City of St. Charles reserves the right to accept or reject any and all offers. Items are offered on an "as is" basis, with the City making no claims or representation of warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, and do not guarantee its use for a particular purpose. Inspection of items is encouraged, and all sales are final.
