St. Charles has an abundance of free visitor parking. Parallel parking is available along most streets including Main Street, Riverside Drive, and Second Street in the historic districts. There are also several large parking lots. The City Hall parking garage offers free parking weekdays after 4:00 p.m. and all day Saturday and Sunday.
