My primary role as the City's Director of Administration is to assist the Mayor with leadership, guidance, and support in the delivery of efficient and effective local government services. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the City for the Mayor, my personal focus is to ensure that we, as a staff at the City of St. Charles, are working each and every day to provide citizens with outstanding customer service.   That is one of our organizational values that we strive to live each and every day.   The complete list of those values is below.  Our leadership team and staff are dedicated to incorporating these values, and consulting them, in each decision we make on behalf of the residents of the City of St. Charles.  I invite you to take a look at the organizational values, and we are always open to ways you feel we can better serve you and the community through these ways of interaction.
