Purchasing

The Purchasing Office, a division of the Finance Department, is responsible for overseeing the procurement of equipment, supplies, and services. The goal of the Purchasing Office is to ensure that taxpayers receive the maximum value for each dollar spent. This is achieved by purchasing the highest quality goods and services at the lowest possible cost.

The purchasing process is designed to reassure the public that the process is both fair and competitive. In addition, we work to maintain good relationships within the local business community. View the purchasing terms and conditions (PDF) online.
