The City of St. Charles administers a citywide purchasing system in accordance with program thresholds. Open and closed bids are displayed on this web site at http://www.stcharlescitymo.gov/bids.aspx. Submitted, sealed bids must be received and time-stamped by the Purchasing Department prior to the bid opening on the respective date.
Vendors are not required to complete an application before participating in the bidding process or before being awarded a contract. The city does not automatically notify vendors of bid opportunities.
