Overview

The Board is a recommending body to the City Council and shall provide advice and oversight on:

  • Appeals to the Board of water and/or sewer bills
  • Contracts and contract amendments in excess of project budgets
  • Changes to water / sewer rates
  • Disqualification of a contractor or consultant
  • Selection of a construction bid other than the lowest bid
  • Issues as may be determined by the Director of Public Works
