Obtain a Report
The P2C Application allows citizens access to police records 24 hours a day, seven days a week from home utilizing a web based portal. P2C allows searches of incident reports, crash reports, view the agency’s calendar, and enter basic police reports. There is a $10 fee for each report requested and PayPal is used for payment on the P2C website. Please visit:
To request of copy of a police report, fill out the Records Request Form and mail to:

You can also bring the form to the St. Charles City Police Department Records window between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, along with a copy of your valid driver’s license and payment.
You may also fax the form or fill out the record request from, save it to your computer and then email the form by pressing the email form button on the top right hand side of the from. You will receive a call when the report is available for pick up. Reports will not be mailed until payment has been received.
There is a $10 fee for each report requested. Payments accepted are cash, money orders and checks made payable to the City of St. Charles.
Please allow 5-10 working days for traffic accident reports to be completed before copies can be distributed. Other reports may not be available due to ongoing investigation.

Date of incident
Time of incident
Location of incident
Type of incident (burglary, vandalism, traffic accident, etc.)
