Properties along Westminister Drive upstream of Concordia Lane experience flooding on a frequent basis. This Proposition P funded project, will replace an existing culvert along Boschert Creek at Concordia Lane. The new concrete culvert will consist of two, 11 foot wide by 13 foot high boxes.

Current Project Activities
A project Open House was held at Coverdell Elementary on March 15, 2018 from 5:00pm - 6:30pm
Project Charter was approved on March 30, 2017
Design concept was approved on November 29, 2017
Preliminary plans were approved on January 4, 2018
An Open House will be scheduled in March 2018. During this Open House, design concepts will be shared with the public
All vegetation has been removed
The watermain was capped and cross blocks were installed the week of March 31, 2019
Demolition of the existing culvert and roadway is underway
New precast box culvert sections are being set as old culvert is removed - roughly 4 sections per day
Sanitary sewer relocation is underway and expected to be completed by next week - weather permitting
Finished relocating and testing new water main
Installation of new storm sewers complete
Placement of rock blanket/rip rap complete
Grading slopes of creek banks is completed
Construction of new large and small block retaining walls is completed
Backfilling of roadway is complete. Concrete curbs, gutters, driveway approach and sidewalks have been poured.
Base rock was placed and base course of asphalt laid.
Concordia Lane is now open as of July 10th
Landscaping is tentatively scheduled for the week of July 22nd
