City Lights Contest

The Human Relations Commission is pleased to announce the 2019 City Lights Display contest winners. The Mayors Choice will be announced at the City Council meeting on December 17th.

This yearly contest (now in its 16th year) is open to all City residents and businesses. It is an opportunity to foster participation in the holiday season and to recognize residents and business owners who beautify our City with varied diverse holiday displays. A team of 21 judges went to each location the evening of December 5 to review the displays.

This annual contest is an opportunity to foster participation in the holiday season and to recognize those residents and business owners who beautify our City with varied holiday displays. The City is intent on promoting various types of beautification and pride within our community. This contest has been a continued success, and the City hopes to carry on the tradition for many years to come.
