Liquor Commission

The Liquor Commission consists of five (5) members per Chapter 600 of the Code of Ordinances. The purpose of the Liquor Commission is to review reports and determine whether there is probable cause to believe that a licensee, or an employee or agent of a licensee, committed a license violation. If there is sufficient cause to believe that a violation has occurred, the Commission may assess points against the license(s) of the licensee within the guidelines set by the Code of Ordinances.

Meetings:

The regular meeting time for the Liquor Commission is 11:00 a.m. on the first Thursday of each month, as needed. 
If there are no cases to review, the meeting is not held.
